I brought my 2004 Chevy Suburban in due to what I thought was a transmission problem. I was met by Brandon in the Service Bay and was very pleased with the overall desire to make sure he understood what was going on with my vehicle. Even though I did not have an appointment, I was treated as if I was just as important at the time. I received a call that afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to find out the issue was not the transmission, but rather a simple "U" joint. They had also done an overall inspection on the vehicle and noted some issues that could have lead to bigger problems if not addressed. The service team completed the needed repairs and service issues in a very timely and affordable manner. The service department definitely proved their honesty and integrity by telling what the problem really was and not what could have very easily been a very expensive replacement that was not needed. I will be back to bring my vehicle for even the simplest of things like an oil change, etc. I can say the I was impressed and it was a pleasure to do business with a group that has very good open and honest communication as well as business morals and standards.
