Brandon and the team worked really hard on getting a truck fixed this time around. I will say there is frustration with the extended warranty taking so long to get things approved. This is not on the dealership. It’s strictly with the warranty company. It’s unfortunate. The warranty company puts the dealership and specifically well qualified expert mechanics through so much runaround and back-and-forth to approve something that’s obviously covered by the warranty.

i had given my car to a young friend who we had been helping all along. She needed it for college. The day after i transferred it, the check engine light came on. I called, the woman in service, she said bring it in at 1:00 and they would do their best to get to it. I brought it in, spoke with Brandon Rogers who i have worked with for many years, and he again assured he would do what he could. Got a call a few hours later that it was resolved. Timely, efficient, accurate, caring, and sent our young friend off on life's next adventure. THanks to the whole team!!!!
