I brought my car in for a Oil Change, I was the first one in line, no one was in yet to start the service, I was asked if I wanted to wait I said yes as I didn't have another day I could get the service done, when the service was complete turns out they overfilled my oil pan and my car was smoking like crazy when I left. I returned to the dealer and had to have the whole process repeated along with some other services. I will not ever use the quick service at this location again.

You explained the extra cost before it was installed.

Henry was the absolute best! The car buying experience was something that gave me a lot of anxiety, but from the moment Henry stepped outside to help my spouse and I with test driving cars that anxiety was gone. He was patient, kind, understanding, and super knowledgeable. He walked us through so many options that really allowed us to make the best decision for us, and when we were ready to come back a few weeks later and buy he made that process amazing as well. Because of Henry I’ll definitely be back and plan to recommend this dealership and Henry to everybody I know that’s looking for a new or used vehicle. Thank you Henry and the entire team that helped us get our new car!
